Apple Cake

Ingredients
4 medium apples, peeled and sliced thick
3 TBS cinnamon
5 TBS sugar
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice
Directions
Grease and flour Bundt pan. Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Mix 5 TBS sugar with 3 TBS cinnamon. Toss with apples and set aside. Mix flour and baking powder together.
Beat eggs, sugar and oil together. Add flour mixture and juice to it and blend together. Fill prepared pan, alternate layers of batter and apples.
Bake 1 hour or until done. Dusted with powdered sugar.
