In a medium bowl whisk together the galic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add the mayo, yogurt, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper until well blended. Garlic, anchovies, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper can all be adjusted to your taste.
