Cold Asparagus & Chicken Salad with Flour City Radiatores

Ingredients

1 lb. Tomato & Pesto Blend cooked al dente (about 7 minutes)

12ozs. trimmed asparagus, blanched & cut into short lengths
12ozs. lb. cooked chicken breast strips pulled into bite size pieces
8ozs.cherry tomatoes. Halved
1-14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, thinly chopped
½ cup pine nuts, toasted in a small skillet
¼ cup pesto sauce (homemade or store bought
Buttermilk Dressing:
1 large clove garlic
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Mix ingredients together and chill in refrigerator. Toss with cooled pasta and pour dressing over
