Spicy Peanut Sauce over Asian Greens

Ingredients
1 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped Garlic
2 tablespoons grated peeled fresh Ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons chili paste or 1 teaspoon dried pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
Juice of 1 Lime
3/4 cup water
Asian Greens
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and keep stored in a jar. Should keep for a month. If you have a peanut allergy, you can substitute any other nut butter. I would recommend cashew.
Sautee Asian Greens and make a platter topped with Spicy Peanut Sauce.
